Looks very similar to this one: http://www.zin.ru/animalia/coleoptera/im...
It is a Broad-nosed weevil in the subfamily Entiminae, I've seen a very similar ones in Hadromeropsis and Exophthalmus genus but both in America (i don't know if this genus are found on Russia)
Once again, this spotting clearly isn't the same but it's interesting how similar, despite being from a different hemisphere: http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/157...
The beetle's color is similar to this spotting: http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/109...but it clearly isn't related very closely. It's shape looks more like a weevil.
