I have spotted a similar species deep in the highlands of Borneo.

I tend to agree with Sergio for Theridiidae. Although from the other side of the pond, nowadays one is not always sure what has been unwittingly introduced.

Nice, great to see all the spiderlings! In North America the only spider that makes an egg sac like that is Parasteatoda tepidariorum. It's a cosmopolitan species, so it's probably in your area too. There may be other possibilities though.
