Dictyopharid Planthopper

I don't know what you guys are collecting, the mystery is solved but only to family, no chance to get closer for me and probably also for others, there is almost no identified bug of this kind around.
Hemiptera, Dictyopharidae.

I couldn't find it, Argy Bee...we'll leave it up to Bayucca to solve the mystery...(by the way...I have a copy of issue#2 of the Mr. Natural comic book...great stuff)

Some type of neuropteran maybe?
