A Bolete is a mushroom with a central stipe and pores underneath the cap instead of gills (with the exception of mushrooms from the Phylloporus genus known as 'Gilled Boletes'). Since your mushroom doesn't have pores (nor does it resemble any Phylloporus species), we can conclude that it is not a Bolete. I can see the resemblance in the cap surface though.

What it is I don't know :-)
