Staphylus ceos should to my knowledge not be in Panama, mostly Southern US and Northern Central America. I think this one is Bolla cupreiceps, Copper-headed Sootywing, which looks also similar to Staphylus vulgata, besides this one has only a golden snout, not full head. Please, verify:

The 3 tiny white spots are not always clearly visible, the whitish spots and markings on both, forewing and hindwing are matching quite fine. Male Ceos would also have a white stripe at the margin of the forewing.
