Description:

Endemic species common in coastal, lowland and lower montane shrubland and open forest. Although it has a single English vernacular name, in Māori it is variably known as Kōuaha, Pukapuka, Pukariao, Puke-rangiora, Rangiora, Raurākau, Raurēkau, Whārangi, or Whārangi-tawhito. Spotted at the View Road South Headland Reserve, Houghton bay, Wellington NZ.
