White-throated swift

Aeronautes saxatalis

Description:

This small bird has a white throat and belly. It has black/grey wings and tail, with a dark grey or black pointy beak.

Habitat:

I found it when I was hiking in Malibu Creek State Park. It was sitting on a branch in the shade. It does not seem like a water bird since it was nesting in the trees. It looked camouflaged against the branch.
