Common Rustgill

Gymnopilus penetrans

Description:

The cap is an orange-brown colour and can be sticky when wet, while the stem is a dull yellow colour and the gills, which are yellowish develop rust brown spots with age.

Habitat:

On fallen wood debris of conifers, occasionally on deciduous wood. Found from late spring to late autumn

Notes:

Spotted in river Homem félinhos beach,in a cut burned pine tree log.I think is a spectacular rustgill,but i have to confirm
