cheers man, hopefully I'll come back to this one soon. Whenever I've found a yellow staining Agaricus mushroom (I found 3 or 4 different patches) I've tried smelling them since I read they smell pretty bad but I've not noticed much smell. kinda odd!

An Agaricus species. It looks a lot like A. Augustus, but there are a few similar looking Agaricus species. Record any colour changes to the flesh upon cutting (particularly around base of stem) and the mushroom's aroma to help get further.
