Starling; Estornino Pinto

Sturnus vulgaris

Description:

This Starling is seen in its most colourful phase of iridescent green and purple. The pictures were taken in very poor light using ISO 6400 and a manual mirror lens attached to a GH2 body. I just wanted to see what sort of pictures were possible with this combo.

Habitat:

Garden
