Description:

It is found throughout the plains adjacent to the hills in winter, and at that time of the year is given to frequenting heavy reed-beds and elephant-grass land as well as forest. They are very sociable little birds, a couple of pairs often hunting in company.

Habitat:

Seen at 4000 Ft ASL.
