In Kenya, we were parked at Nakuru while our guide went to do the paperwork. He warned us not to open the door or windows before he headed to the office. Next thing we knew, a vervet with tiny baby popped in HIS window and she went for his lunch that was on the seat. Took some doing but we mostly saved his lunch and scared her out, then managed to secure the window.
A few years later, we were in Vic Falls and my mom(who is getting on in years and isn't always as aware of her surroundings as she should be) had one start to climb up her leg. I saw it and chased it off as it had two hands on her ankle.
Little buggers.
In Kenya we had blue monkeys come up to our balcony and stare us down - our room windows were closed. Sorry guys, not today, we told them.
That would be sky blue scrotum, technically. ;-) I giggled when I got the description of these monkeys when I was in Kenya. They are apparently very curious and mischievous. We were told not to leave anything unattended and keep doors locked because the monkeys in that particular camp were known to steal things.
