Description:

Tall, thin plant with lanceolate leaves. Funnel-shaped yellow flowers grow on the upper part of the plant. This plant is partially parasitic (hemiparasitic) to oak roots.

Habitat:

Temperate forest. Rockwood Park, Virginia.
