Description:

It is resident in mountains of Pakistan , Himalayas and western ghats , a widespread winter visitor

Habitat:

Grassland , semi-desert in hills and plains

Notes:

One day during my morning visit to this place , spotted this Kestrel roosting at the side of the road . Hiding behind my car I took this shot . The second image is taken next year i.e Jan 2013 at the same spot .
