The wing pattern is different (less speckled than anthrax, more like the coloration follows the wing veins), which is why I think this is a Xenox species. X. tigrinus is the only one on bugguide that looks like yours to me and whose range includes your area http://bugguide.net/node/view/2803

It does appear to be a species of Anthrax, but I have not ID'd it yet.
