Phoracantha spp
About 25mm long body, black eyes, red-brown thorax, wing covers black at margins but mostly pale yellow to the centre.
Under very strong lights at night in suburban car lot.

Phoracantha would also be my first guess, ehmm... second guess, since the first one was completely out of the row...
Might be a Cerambycinae, but Revurva has broader body and different markings in my eyes...
