It's likely that there are some small horns at the top that just aren't visible from the side (I do see something maybe peaking out in one shot) Couldn't find the little guy today so will keep you posted

Jackson's Chameleon? I looked up chameleons of Kenya, chameleons with one horn, chameleons with horn. The only one that came close was the Jackson's, but they have three horns.... like a tiny triceratops.
