Yellow Brain?

Tremella mesenterica?

Description:

My Dad found it on the slopes of Mt. something-or-other. I can't tell whether it's growing on Peniophora sp. or not. According to wikipedia: 'It [Tremella mesenterica] is most frequently found on dead but attached and on recently fallen branches, especially of angiosperms, as a parasite of wood decay fungi in the genus Peniophora'
