Description:

Good-sized dragonfly, eyes widely separated. Marked as shown.

Habitat:

Basking on the side of the Eulett Center, a building surrounded by dense deciduous forest, scattered agricultural fields. The building is uphill from the Ohio River.

Notes:

This specimen does not exhibit the expanded "club" at the tip of the abdomen that is characteristic of the species.
