Description:

Body approximately 18mm with long cerci. Black and glossy.

Habitat:

On underside of unknown leaf above a flowing stream.

It is a mayfly. It maybee =) missing a leg? They have either two or three cerci. http://www.ento.csiro.au/education/insec...
