Description:

Reaches approximately 68 cm long, has nearly two meters wide, equipped with long wings and short tail.

Habitat:

It is found in the Andes Mountains to the south of Argentina and throughout Brazil except the Amazon. It inhabits open areas, fields and highlands, gliding long these areas searching for food.
