Cyclosiella dulcicula

Description:

A small moth, about 10 mm.long and wide. Orange border on wing, two half-circles of each forewings makes a grey big almost circle on dorsal.

Habitat:

Found it in daytime in my backyard. It couldn't fly fast as it's flapping wing.
