Rare four-part morph of the common white western trillium of the Pacific Northwest: Four petals and a whirl of four leaves.

Habitat:

In a parking strip in northwest Portland, Oregon.

Notes:

I've been spotting this species for 35 years, and only twice have I seen this four-part form:
