Probably 'arvorum' -https://www.projectnoah.org/organisms?search=eristalinus+arvorum
They do resemble -http://www.ozanimals.com/Insect/Native-Drone-Fly/Eristalinus/punctulatus.html

I guess Eristalinus punctulatus is more Australian.
Can someone please guide?
