Red eyed Vireo?
Hi Meg and welcome to Project Noah! This is a bird nest of some sort. I moved this to the Birds category for you since the Others category is for snails, slugs, worms, and an assortment of other organisms that don't fit into the other categories.
I am not very good with bird nests but someone else here might be. This would be a great addition to the animal architecture mission:
