Tree

Description:

Tall tree with simple leaves and these long trailing red flowers. The tree had a proper woody trunk.

Habitat:

Growing wild on the hillside. Borong, Sikkim.

Notes:

I have never seen flowers like these on trees...the nearest I can think of are Heliconia; the ones that hang downwards...but Heliconia plants are not trees.
