Hygrocybe Irrigata
Hygrocybe irrigata is a species of agaric (gilled mushroom) in the family Hygrophoraceae. It has been given the recommended English name of slimy waxcap in the UK
The species is widespread in temperate regions, occurring in grassland in Europe and in woodland elsewhere.

Blackening waxcap
I'm not sure, i can't match the colour or a proper shape. But i can't find an alternative either.
This looks like a Panaeolus papilionaceus - an old specimen.
