This is an Elk also called Wapiti.

Description:

Elk is a tan-coloured animal with some white rump patches .Elks are kind of like deers but bigger.Elks share environment with deers,moose and other animals that lives in the rocky mountains.Elks have a parasitic relationship with flukes.Elks have furs to keep them warm in the winter . Elks use sexual reproduction to reproduce.In late September and early December , male elks forms a group of deer that they mate with .Gestation generally lasts between 240 and 262 days and results in a single birth.

Habitat:

Elk are important in shaping the plant communities. They also serve as an important source of prey during parts of the year for large predators, such as bears.
