Broad-leaved penstemon

Penstemon ovatus

Description:

Blue and white flowers coming off of stems centrally located; large leaves.

Habitat:

In mixed woods of Oregon ash and white oak, vine maple, etc. in the flood plain of the Long Tom River. It's under water for quite a few weeks a year in the winter.

Notes:

I'm not 100% sure of this I.D.
