Spotting

Description:

About 7cm long and flat centipede, with blackish shiny segments and brown-reddish legs. Here seen from behind, with head seen in pic No 3.

Habitat:

Observed in tropical forest in hilly region around Freetown. Observed in Tacugama sanctuary, part of the Western Area Peninsula National Park near Freetown. The hilly region is covered a mosaic of equatorial humid forest combined with open grass zones.
