The head and eyes look like a stick insect but the body resembles a leaf insect and a bit of leaf footed bug as well

Habitat:

On a high branch (about 6 foot from ground) of a thin branched tree.

To me it looks like a member of Coreidae (Leaf-footed bugs)...

Wow, that is weird! Never seen anything quite like that. It's a vague ID but its a start, probably in the Reduviidae family.
