Phylloscopus inornatus
Early morning photograph in an area rich in bird life - prinias, barbets, drongos, babblers, tailor birds, munias, parakeets etc.. A little sleuthing around wikipedia and orientalbirdimages identified this as a Yellow Browed Warbler - perhaps a bit south of it's usual range. Thanks to User Jellis for suggesting that it could be a Goldcrest (often confused with this bird)..
semiurban
Other similar birds: Goldcrest, Pallas' leaf warbler, etc

More likely to be a Hume's leaf warbler : Phylloscopus humei - see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hume's... - check out the wing bar (difference between these two species)
Never thought to look at warblers.
Gotcha! It's a yellow browed warbler: http://orientalbirdimages.org/search.php...
I would almost think this is a goldcrest but I don't see a gold crest
