Sac Spider

Description:

Small brown spider of about 5 mm with a dark silky abdomen. All 8 eyes were small, all the same size and close together in 2 rows of 4. Sac Spiders are roaming predators that build small "sac" webs as a retreat and belong to the Family Clubionidae.

Habitat:

On a garden wall, semi-urban area on the outskirts of San Cristobal de Las Casas, 2,200 meters.
