Zeltus amasa amasa
A small butterfly. This one was often on the ground or perched on low-lying leaves or branches. It stayed in the same area for an hour or so, quite close to where I was standing to photograph butterflies on a bush. Didn't seem bothered by me and let me get close.
Tropical wet evergreen montane forest.
I love the black and white striped legs and matching antennae, and the way the stripes get closer together on the feet.

thanks Dr Sherpa... they were so gorgeous, and stayed around me for a really long time. I kept forgetting they were there (2 of them) and when I turned around, they would be still there, I'd take another photo or two and return to what I was doing..
Congrats Pam for the SOTD! Lovely photos of a Tit!
Haha Sukanya, I don't know, but it looked unbelievably beautiful fluttering in the breeze! Like feathers...
