Description:

the only true toad of the upper Amazon with noticeable 'horns' or 'eyelashes' on the upper eyelids.

Habitat:

primary rainforest

Notes:

I saw a lot of small toads like this on certain trails. Most would let me handle them without fear.

Thanks Jake and Lauren. I've added a photo of it on the forest floor. I had added it originally but the site is experiencing some technical difficulties I would say and it made the other photo a separate spotting. Now they are both back together!
