Perissocephalus tricolor
aaah brilliant
Both times we saw the Capuchin Birds, they were in a group of about half a dozen birds calling in symphony.
You don't need to tell me haha, the one we saw at karanambu was very skittish and was soon off before I could find it in my lens :(
Debbie, there's never too many questions:-) These birds aren't easy to get close to and they stay in the shade of the canopy.
sorry for asking so many questions! you did great job of getting this photo :)
Debbie, this was at the Mapaima Eco Lodge. We saw them one other time along the Rewa River, and I really enjoyed the weird sounds they made, reminded me of music from a Didjeridu.
was this at Karanambu? I loved their call it was very unique...and loud!
