Description:

Dry mushrooms, approximately 1.5 inches in diameter. Mushrooms on stump of old wood cutting. Two other mushrooms in the area.

Habitat:

Coastal area on western coast of Costa Rica, adjacent to a rainforest. Area is irrigated

Neither. they remind me of a drying cup mushroom. The area has not been getting a lot of rain. There is, however, been some irrigation in this area.

Did they look like they might have been hairy or shaggy? They kind of remind me of Lentinus when they get old
