Description:

This native woody climber is critically endangered locally but can be seen in Singapore's reserves. When the climber, which appears as plastered heart-shaped, hairy leaves reaches sufficient size (height?), it puts out free-hanging limbs with less-hairy leaves which are more elongate and less-heart-shaped.

Evolution Garden, Singapore Botanic Gardens
