I don't think there's any fast rule on that. Some people list both species in one spotting especially if they are the same group (snakes for example). Others post the spotting twice with different species names and leave the corresponding link in, say, the notes. If you choose the latter it is best to have different first photos. It doesn't look like an exact duplicate that way.

Hello. I removed the scientific name from the common name because you already recorded it properly in the space reserved for scientific name :-)
