We have about 2 feet of snow and I discovered a tiny stalked mushroom under birch tree. I do not know of any stalked mushrooms that overwinter. Anyone that can ID this mushroom is the winner of mushrooms for the week! Cap dry. Lightbrown. White and Brown equal stem. Tiny mushroom.
