Geotrupes stercorarius

•They feed on droppings of herbivorous animals. •They lay their eggs into the dung. •They create a chirping sound with their hind legs.

I saw a lot of pictures and it is very difficult to say which species it is. Do you know another difference?

I think it's more likely Anoplotrupes stercorosus, which has much more of a blueish sheen than Geotrupes stercorarius. Also, A. stercorosus ("Waldmistkäfer") is more common in Germany.
The actual difference is in the hind tibiae, and difficult to see on a photo:
