Yes it is precious. I think you are correct that it is a squirrel. Good luck Crystal.

I don't know of any place. Looking at pictures on the internet, I'm pretty positive it's a squirrel. I'm taking it to the vet tomorrow for antibiotics bc it has a small bite wound from the cat. Fed it some esbilac formula tonight, it did drink and it did deficate. I will see what vet thinks...I don't think squirrels are that hard to raise, just gotta feed every couple hours and make sure to stimulate defication every time. Can release in the wild at like 12 weeks. I want the best for the little thing, it's precious.

Looks like it may be an infant squirrel. Good luck

pretty sure that's not a rat. Crystal, there's not much chance you can pull it through it is so young, so don't blame yourself if it doesn't make it. Is there a rehab place anywhere near you? It would stand a better chance of survival there...just sayin'

The cat brought it through the pet door, so it was lying on the kitchen floor! I am so sad for it. Waiting on my parents to get home with squirrel formula. It looks like it's either a squirrel or a rat, they both look similar at this stage when I googled them. I just hope I can save it somehowwww. :,(
