Description:

It had 5 legs and was close to a reef but was located on the sand,The starfish appeared in a darker red at the edge of its legs and got lighter as it made its way into the middle,but got really red in the center.It had black thick spikes that look harmless and is just to scare of predators.It's arms for an adult grows to 30 cm and for a juveniles 8-15 cm.They can be red or purple and are endangered creatures because of how people take them out of the ocean and sell them for aquariums.

Habitat:

Adults are normally found on coral reefs where juveniles in sea grass.This on was spotted right next to a coral reef,on the sand.
