Description:

Tiny black and gray female fly only 2mm long. The abdomen has large black, horizontal dots like stripes. The thorax has black vertical stripes. The head is small and light gray and the eyes are red. The legs are white with a black band on the femur and the tibia are black. Only image so unable to see the size of the basal radial and medial to help narrow down to genus.
