Your spotting has been nominated for the Spotting of the Week. The winner will be chosen by the Project Noah Rangers based on a combination of factors including: uniqueness of the shot, status of the organism (for example, rare or endangered), quality of the information provided in the habitat and description sections. There is a subjective element, of course; the spotting with the highest number of Ranger votes is chosen. Congratulations on being nominated!
Hi Billo. I asked Eric Eaton aka BugEric, the author from the blog in the link to take a look at it, but he would not dare to provide an ID from south of the US. If it would be OK, I will post it on a expert page on facebook, certainly with your credit. But I first have to wait to be accepted as member and then I am out on a conference, but I will do it later.
Thank you so much my friend @bayucca :) for my you are a master in all the insects! And don't worry I understand, I will wait all the time that need, thank you so much for everything, have a nice day!
Billo, I did not forget your request, but I obviously have put it on a wrong thread and it has gone. But I will redo it next week. We anyway have quite a lot of things to handle as Rangers at the moment. Thanks for understanding and patience!
Scoliidae, Campsomerinae, looks like being a male of Campsomeris ephippium, but since I am quite a dummy with wasp I will contact Eric Eaton to take a look at this one.
