You should change the category from mammal to amphibian :)

I do not claim to be an expert in frogs/toads by any stretch of the imagination, but I figured it has to be a tree-frog of some sort in order to get UP to your door handle. A toad doesn't have sticky toes to climb a wall. Plus it's gray, so I googled "tree frog gray Pennsylvania", and Voila! Eastern Gray Treefrog.
