A plant that grows easily, is a valuable high-yield food and tastes delicious. Spreads its dark green heart-shaped or five-lobed leaves closely to the ground. The large tuberous roots range in color from purple to white or orange. The flowers are pink-lavender and tubular, resembling small morning glories.
