Yeah, for the legs I agree, but the contrast on the wings is stronger than with both risi and seticornis. What else, you see that on my picture there is a big difference black-white on wings but is not a very distinctive difference on legs like on this photo for risi http://www.fugleognatur.dk/gallery.asp?m..., and on your link as well, it shows bigger difference https://www.avozetto.com/en/entomology_s..., according to that is closer to seticornis http://lorrainenature.voila.net/photos/i...

Note the bicolored legs and the pattern on the wings. But that is what my eyes see... And Taeniopteryx are much rarer finds.

Are you sure about Brachyptera cause Taeniopteryx seems pretty similar too?
