Yeah, for the legs I agree, but the contrast on the wings is stronger than with both risi and seticornis. Note the bicolored legs and the pattern on the wings. But that is what my eyes see... And Taeniopteryx are much rarer finds.
Can't tell you if it is Brachyptera risi or Brachyptera seticornis. Maybe also depending on your area and altitude.
