Eurasian Tree Sparrow

Description:

This is a unique color variation of the Eurasian Tree Sparrow. The usual color of this bird is rich chestnut on its crown and nape with black patch on each pure white cheek. It's body should be light brown, streaked with black, and the brown wings have two distinct narrow white bars. It is a common bird in the Philippines, Europe, and the rest of Asia. This bird is often wrongly identified as "maya".

Urban garden.
