Piptoporus betulinus?
looks a lot darker than usual. I found at least one other one that looked this dark (I usually find them lighter than this, this is the first time I've noticed them this dark). I collected a sample of one:
cz - location might be accurate but I'm not 100% sure. No sample (I don't think)
